Importing RMA Information From Excel
- To import a list of units from into an RMA from an Excel Spreadsheet, select "import units from excel" on the Enter Units section of the Generate Return Material Authorization page.
- Download the Excel Template in Step 1 on the resulting page.
- Fill in a line on the Excel Template for each unit you wish to return. Make sure to input a Problem Type. Use "Other" if you're not sure what to enter. Also include a description of the problem for each unit.
- Select all four columns of data in Excel.
- Copy them, then paste them into the box on the website.
- Choose a preferred Service Type from the dropdown. Manufacturer Warranty is a safe selection.
- If you have a PO #, you may enter it in the box marked "Enter PO." Please note that prepayment may still be required prior to our beginning work.
