Importing RMA Information From Excel

  1. To import a list of units from into an RMA from an Excel Spreadsheet, select "import units from excel" on the Enter Units section of the Generate Return Material Authorization page.
  2. Download the Excel Template in Step 1 on the resulting page.
  3. Fill in a line on the Excel Template for each unit you wish to return. Make sure to input a Problem Type. Use "Other" if you're not sure what to enter. Also include a description of the problem for each unit.
  4. Select all four columns of data in Excel.
  5. Copy them, then paste them into the box on the website.
  6. Choose a preferred Service Type from the dropdown. Manufacturer Warranty is a safe selection.
  7. If you have a PO #, you may enter it in the box marked "Enter PO." Please note that prepayment may still be required prior to our beginning work.
