The Print Contrast Signal, PCS, is a measurement of the ratio of reflections between the bars and spaces of a symbol. Most of our fixed position laser products require a Print Contrast Signal of 0.45 or higher.

Calculate

PCS=(Reflectance of white bar-Reflectance of black bar) / Reflectance of white bar
