Take Picture is a Windows Application that allows the user to take a picture using many of Opticon's 2D imager barcode scanners.

Notice: The downloading and use of any Opticon software implies consent with Opticon's End User License Agreement.

To use take picture follow the instructions below:

Download and install Take Picture from the link above.
Connect your favorite 2D imager barcode scanner or scan engine to your computer.
Make sure the scanner is connected via RS232 or is in USB-VCP mode.
Open take picture.
Select the appropriate com port under Settings-> Port.
Select File->Take Picture.
Pull the trigger of the scanner.
Note: the picture doesn't save automatically, you have to select save.

Take picture is not compatible with all scanners nor is it compatible with all firmware versions.
