This mode allows the PX20 to emulate a USB Keyboard (USB-HID Mode). While the PX20 is plugged in, any bar code that is scanned will input wherever the cursor is on screen. When a bar code is scanned while the PX20 is disconnected, the bar code is stored in memory. When you want to retrieve scanned bar codes, simply plug the PX20 into a computer, and press any key on the device to have it play back all of the bar codes that were scanned while it was disconnected.
