*To retrieve data from your OPL9728 you will need to download and install NetO32. If you are using a USB cradle then you will also need Opticon's USB drivers. Both of these are located in the [https://wiki.opticonusa.com/techsupport/en/OPN2001#Downloads Downloads section] of this page. You will only need to do this part once per computer.
