Version Differences for OPH5000i - Opticon Technical Support Portal

The OPH5000i is able to transfer the barcode using MSD Mode without the need to use any additional applications.

#On the handheld scroll down to 'MSD Mode' and use Scan to select.

#From the main screen of the handheld scroll down to 'MSD Mode' and select it.

#On the next screen you will be Prompted 'ENT' to enable MSD data transfers and the terminal will reset.

#On the next screen you will be prompted to press 'ENT' to enable MSD data transfers and the terminal will reset.

#Connect to your PC and after a few moments a new Windows Explorer window labeled USB Drive and you will see the DATA.TXT file with the stored barcode data.
