    + If your software requires the use of a serial port to transmit and receive data, then you must choose this mode if you own a M-11. First, download and install our [http://ftp.opticonusa.com/Downloads/USB%20Drivers%20Installer.zip USB Drivers], then click on [http://ftp.opticonusa.com/Downloads/mdi4100interfacemodebarcodes.pdf Interface Mode]: and scan the USB-VCP barcode to configure the M-11 in USB-VCP mode. After this, your PC will automatically detect that the M-11 is connected in Serial Port mode and will install the correct drivers.
